Integrations

Integration routes for phone, SMS, CRM, payments and calendars.

The website is ready for integration configuration, but live provider features should only be enabled after credentials, compliance checks and test messages are complete.

Process

Recommended integration sequence.

1

Confirm the phone route using the setup checker and missed-call divert test.

2

Connect Telnyx or Twilio for missed-call events and SMS.

3

Confirm email delivery and lead summary routing.

4

Add Stripe payment links or subscriptions for paid onboarding.

5

Connect CRM, spreadsheet or calendar tools after the first workflow is proven.

Telnyx

Preferred launch route for catch number, messaging profile, inbound replies and webhook delivery.

Twilio

Fallback provider route for voice webhooks, SMS webhooks and status callbacks if account approval allows.

OpenPhone, CallRail, Aircall

Potential alternatives where call tracking, forwarding or team phone features are more important than raw API control.

Stripe

Future payment links or subscriptions for setup fees, monthly plans and premium packages.

CRM and sheets

HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets or similar tools can receive qualified leads after the core capture flow works.

Calendars and WhatsApp

Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly and WhatsApp Business API are future routes that require separate provider setup and approval.

FAQ

Integration questions.

Are SMS and call costs included?

Provider charges may be billed separately depending on the final Telnyx, Twilio, OpenPhone, CallRail, Aircall, or similar setup.

Can this work with WhatsApp?

WhatsApp Business API support depends on the selected provider, WhatsApp approval requirements, and the final communication workflow.

Do I need to change my website?

Usually no. The core missed-call setup is phone-provider based. Website forms, landing pages, and optional tracking numbers can be added where useful.

Can LeadSnap AI schedule callback times or manage my diary?

Premium is intended to collect preferred callback times, appointment requests, and survey details. Live diary management requires an active calendar integration such as Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly, or similar.

Next step

Start with the phone route first.

Confirm missed-call divert before adding extra CRM, payment or calendar integrations.
